Management of the CVs by “Grand hotel via Veneto” S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel).

The Hotel reserves its right to assess the CVs received for ongoing or future internal recruitment and selection processes throughout a period of 12 months at the latest: in any event it will reply only to the selected candidates for an interview.

The suitable interesting CVs will be stored by the Hotel for the period required to the relevant recruitment and processed in compliance with the security provisions laid down in articles 32, 33 and 32 of Regulation (Ue) n. 679/2016.

The Hotel asks the applicants that want to submit their CV in electronic format to:

  • fill in their CV in the EU format;
  • avoid to include in their CVs sensitive data (particularly with regard to their health condition, religion, belief or political faith) which are not relevant to the job offer;
  • give their consent to sensitive data processing for the establishment of the employment relationship (i.e. people with legally protected status).

It will be then the Hotel to provide appropriate additional information pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (Ue) n. 679/2016, during any potential interview with the candidate.

The purposes for which the data included in the CVs will be processed are strictly linked to the personnel’s assessment, recruitment or selection processes, for any fixed term employment, permanent employment, professional partnership or internship.
